Coway’s air purifier has proven a hit in overseas markets due to its state-of-the-art technology infused with sophisticated design.

The Airmega ProX, Coway's 2023 new air purifier, claimed the top spot among 186 air purifiers currently being sold in the U.S. market, according to a survey in the American Consumer Report.

This demonstrates Coway’s strong brand power as it received the highest rating in technical categories such as purification capability, power efficiency, and low noise level, as well as in consumer confidence and satisfaction.

In Wirecutter, another consumer report produced by The New York Times, the company’s Airmega Mighty AP-1512HH has earned the title of ‘best purifier’ for nine consecutive years.

Coway did not sacrifice design when it came to increasing innovation.

The Multi-Action Air Purifier 2 earned the company a second prize in the 2023 International Design Excellence Awards, which is recognized as one of the four prestigious global design awards.

The product received high praise for adopting a circular design with a hole in the center, significantly improving air circulation. It delivers clean air approximately 2.5 times further than previous models, enhancing its purification performance and efficiency.

Coway has been putting constant effort into advancing its expertise and technology.

For customized air quality management, Coway offers the “air-matching filter service,” which allows customers to choose the most suitable filters for their living environment and situation.

Homes sensitive to fine dust can use fine dust concentration filters, those with pets can opt for pet filters, and when odors are a concern, dual deodorization filters can be used.

This satisfactory service was made possible through the diligent efforts of the company's IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) Field Testing, which involves persistent air research conducted in various people's actual living environments, thereby providing a wealth of air quality data.

Coway also incorporates AI into its products, allowing customers to control them through a mobile application, easily monitor real-time air conditions and receive automatic notifications for filter replacements.

“The global recognition of Coway air purifiers is a testament to our unique technology, which prioritizes the health and convenience of our customers. We remain committed to leading the global air purifier market through ongoing research, development and innovation," said an official from Coway.
