Two days before the Korean College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), police officers on Tuesday attach signs showing the bikes are reserved for special traffic control in Suwon, southern Gyeonggi. The police will offer rides to test-takers on Thursday morning. The Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency said that 2,091 officers and volunteers will be dispatched along with 390 police cars and motorcycles to ensure a smooth and silent traffic flow around testing sites. The authority will also crack down on illegally parked cars. [YONHAP]
