Fila Holdings appoints Todd Klein global brand president

Fila Global Brand President Todd Klein [FILA HOLDINGS]

Fila Holdings has appointed Todd Klein, current president of Fila USA, to a newly established role of global brand president, the sportswear company announced Monday.

Klein will report to Fila Holdings and join the board of Fila Luxembourg, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fila Holdings that oversees Fila's global trademark in all markets except for China, Hong Kong and Macao. Klein will take on the overall operations of the Fila brand, including its global product and marketing strategies, on top of his current responsibilities.

“Introducing the role of global brand president is intended to unify and enhance Fila's global brand and presence and foster a cohesive and superior consumer experience while continuing to invest in accelerating innovation,” the company said.

Klein joined Fila USA as president last January with more than 30 years of experience, including as an executive at Adidas and Reebok.
