The action continued on track and field Thursday as the heptathlon started to heat up and Arshad Nadeem wins Pakistan's first ever athletics medal with gold in javelin. Elsewhere, the marathon swimmers braved the Seine again and Noah Lyles controversially raced the 200 meters after testing positive for Covid-19.
