Le Sserafim to perform at 2024 MTV EMAs

Girl group Le Sserafim will take the stage at Europe’s largest music awards show, 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs), the ceremony’s organizers announced on Wednesday.

The group was nominated in three categories for the awards — “Best New,” “Best Push” and “Best K-Pop,” becoming the first K-pop girl group ever to be nominated in the “Best New” category. It will also be the only K-pop act performing at the awards show.

The EMAs, hosted by MTV Networks Europe, awards songs, music videos and artists popular in Europe over the past year. This year’s ceremony will take place on Nov. 10 in Manchester, Britain.

Le Sserafim previously won the “PUSH Performance of the Year” category at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, one of the four major music awards shows in the United States, held in September.

Along with Le Sserafim, BTS's Jimin and Jungkook, Lisa of Blackpink, Stray Kids, NewJeans and ILLIT were nominated for EMAs.
