The prices of gas and diesel at Korean gas stations rose for the eighth consecutive week, the Korea National Oil Corporation said Saturday. 
 
The average gasoline price reached 1,641.9 won ($1.16) between Dec. 1 to 5, an increase of 3.6 won from the previous week.
