Kospi surpasses 5,300 to set record intraday high

The Kospi broke the 5,300 mark for the first time ever during intraday trading on Friday.
As of 10:22 a.m., the Kospi recorded 5,317.12, up 95.87 points, or 1.84 percent, from the previous session.
