Japan’s KDDI to offer game service in Korea
KDDI Corp., Japan’s second-largest phone company, said it will start an online computer game service in South Korea with software from Capcom Co., Bandai Co. and SNK Playmore Corp. The service will begin in December, the company said in a faxed press release. KDDI said it plans to offer the service in North America in the next fiscal year, and later in Europe and other Asian countries. The service had more than 100,000 users in Japan as of July 31.
