Yonsama returns to television

Actor Bae Yong-joon is returning to the small screen for the first time in three years.

Bae is to appear on the KBS drama “Dream High,” which starts airing next year. He also serves as a producer, along with singer and music producer Park Jin-young.

Bae’s character, a school superintendent, will only appear in the first four episodes of the show.

The cast also features members of girl groups such as Suzy from Miss A and Eun-jung from T-ara.

Bae’s last television appearance was in the MBC drama “Taewang Sasingi” (“Legend”).

Dream High kicks off on Jan. 3.
