Leads for ‘Good Day’ confirmed

Two actors, Lee Sang-woo and Park Se-young, were confirmed as the lead roles in SBS’s new weekend drama “Good Day” (tentative title), according to local media yesterday.
Lee was cast as a peculiar character named Seo Jae-woo and Park is to play Jung Da-jung, who has an optimistic and bright personality.

“Unlike my previous characters which were pretty calm and quiet, the latest Jae-woo role is pretty new. It actually resembles my real personality so I think I will enjoy acting him,” said Lee.

Park, who debuted through the SBS weekend drama “If Tomorrow Comes” in 2011, said, “I will try my best to remember what it was like back in 2011,” and added, “I will expand the similarities I have with the character Da-jung.”

The new drama will air in April after the current drama “Passionate Love” ends its run.
