NCT 127 invited to Global CitizenBoy band NCT 127 will be performing at the 2019 Global Citizen Festival, SM Entertainment announced on Wednesday.
The festival, which will be held on Sept. 28 in New York’s Central Park, is an annual festival put on by the Global Poverty Project to help raise awareness of poverty around the world. The festival started in 2012.
This year’s festival will include performances by NCT 127, Queen, Adam Lambert, Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams, OneRepublic and Hugh Jackman.
It will be broadcast live on the U.S. TV channel MSNBC on Sept. 28.
NCT 127 sat high on the Billboard 200 charts with their latest EP “NCT #127 We Are Superhuman,” and reached No. 6 on the Artist 100, the second highest for a Korean act.
