‘Heirs’ actress releases surprise single

테스트

Park Shin-hye

Actress Park Shin-hye of “The Heirs” (2013) released the digital single “Cuddle Me” on online music store yesterday.

“The song portrays a young girl who expresses her love in shy and lovely words,” said Hwang Sung-jin, who produced the track.

The news of Park’s new song surprised her fans because there hadn’t been any marketing activities for it.

“After singing for soundtracks of the drama that she starred, Shin-hye wanted to show her real color in an original track,” her agency, SALT Entertainment, told local media yesterday. Over the years, Park featured on the soundtrack albums of “You’re Beautiful” (2009), “Heartstrings” (2011) and “The Heirs.”

Her new love song was composed by Choi Yong-chan. Meanwhile, Choi Gab-won, who has also worked with IU and Gummy, wrote the lyrics.

Because Park spent a successful season at the latest Hallyu, or Korean Wave, sensation drama “The Heirs,” she now plans to expand her horizons to the big screen. Park is currently filming a historical movie with accomplished actor Han Suk-gyu of “The Berlin File” (2013).
