GQ Korea names G-Dragon Man of the Year
A photo shoot featuring G-Dragon, a member of K-pop boy group Big Bang, for the December edition of GQ Korea was unveiled on Thursday.
The 27-year-old singer was chosen as Man of the Year by the monthly magazine, which specializes in men’s fashion and style.
The magazine also teased some interviews with the singer.
During an interview with the publication, G-Dragon said, “I don’t do music or dress up in order to impress people around me. I don’t try to be conscious [about music and fashion].”
G-Dragon is known as a trendsetter with his outstanding fashion sense. The singer often visits the fashion shows of Karl Lagerfeld, the creative director of Chanel, as well as up-and-coming designers.
Meanwhile, Big Bang recently finalized its appearance at the Mnet Asian Music Awards, or MAMA, which will be held on Wednesday in Hong Kong.
