Restaurants in Incheon’s Chinatown invariably offer jajangmyeon, black bean noodles. This modest restaurant focuses on the seafood-dedicated jjamppong, derived from the Japanese/Chinese champon. The white jjamppong has been a house specialty since the 1980s and it’s a huge bowl of noodles in soup with pork, seafood and vegetables.
