I joined ⓐVOD streaming service Whatcha Play to watch ⓑHBO series ⓒChernobyl. The 19-Emmy nominated series was satisfying, but I suddenly wondered ⓓhow many digital contents I ⓔwas subscribed to.

VOD → video-on-demand (VOD) VOD

HBO series → the HBO series 특정한 시리즈이므로 the 필요

Chernobyl → “Chernobyl”

how many digital contents → how much digital content

was subscribed → have subscribed 현재에도 해당하는 내용이므로 현재 완료로; subscribe는 자동사로 수동태로 쓰지 않음, ‘주어 subscribe to ~’

Is subscription economy a new business model in the fourth ⓐindustrial revolution era or a marketing tactic ⓑusing ⓒpeople’s laziness who forget they are even subscribed? It is a matter that the market will decide in the end.

using → taking advantage of 단순한 ‘사용’이 아닌 ‘이용’

people’s laziness who forget they are even subscribed → people who forget they are even subscribed
