Women’s volleyball team defeats Argentina 3-1The Korean women’s volleyball team defeated 11th-ranked Argentina 3-1 at the FIVB World Cup at Toyaman City Gymnasium in Japan on Sunday.
Lee Jae-yeong led the team by scoring 23 points, followed by Kim Hee-jin at 22 points.
With a win, Korea has now picked up their third victory at the World Cup and is now ranked seventh.
Korea will next face the Netherlands today at Toyama City Gymnasium.
