Brave Ent. to launch new boy band

Brave Entertainment, the agency headed by music producer Brave Brothers, is set to launch their first boy group in seven years.

The group will debut next year under the name DKB. According to the agency, DKB members are not only skilled in songwriting, but can also perform acrobatics and D.J.

The announcement follows the recent disbanding of Bigstar, a five-member act formed in 2012 under Brave.

The group had limited success, and took a four-year break beginning in September 2015. Members FeelDog, Jude and SungHak left the Brave Entertainment in July after their contracts expired.

The agency is also currently engaged in a battle over its contract with Samuel, a former contestant on “Produce 101.”
