‘Fever’ video hits 5 million views

Singer and producer Park Jin-young’s “Fever” music video hit the 5-million view mark just 78 hours after its release, JYP Entertainment said on Wednesday.

Park’s new track was released on Dec. 1, but the music video was posted a day earlier at 6 p.m.

“It took three days and six hours for [the singer’s 2015 hit] ‘Who’s Your Mama?’ to hit the mark,” wrote Park on his Instagram.

“Hmm… Slowly starting to feel like idol boy bands… Should I be on [the] music chart shows?”

Park made his debut in 1994 and founded his mega agency JYP Entertainment in 1996.

He performed at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) on Wednesday.

He will soon embark on a national tour, starting with a concert on Dec. 21 in Daegu, followed by concerts in Busan and Seoul.
