BoA to drop ‘Starry Night’ EP soon

Singer BoA will be releasing a new EP on Dec. 11, her agency SM Entertainment announced on Wednesday.

According to the agency, the singer will be dropping “Starry Night” next week, with six songs to warm up fans’ hearts on cold winter days.

Having debuted as a young pop star in 2000, BoA will celebrate her 20th year as a singer next year.

She rose to stardom not only in Korea but also in Japan and China, and was the first Korean singer to top Japan’s Oricon albums chart in 2002 with “Listen to My Heart.”

She is the only foreign artist to have topped the Oricon album chart six times.
