Taeyeon announces release of new single ‘Happy’ on March 9
According to her agency SM Entertainment, “Happy” will have an R&B pop sound, added with elements of old-school doo-wop and R&B, topped off with lyrics about the happy and warm times people have with their loved ones.
“Happy” comes two months after the release of her repackaged full-length album, “Purpose,” on Jan. 15. Her lead single “Dear Me” topped local charts as well as iTunes charts in 24 regions, the highest number for a solo female singer.
