11-cent, 1.5%-minimum wage increase outrages labor

The Minimum Wage Commission established to determine the rate came to its conclusion Tuesday after failing to reach an agreement eight times since June 11. It set the rate at 8,720 won an hour, increasing by the smallest ever, at 130 won per hour.
