The FTC is fining the company for interfering with its investigation and has referred the case the prosecution, a first for the regulator for this sort of infraction.
The Fair Trade Commission (FTC) on Wednesday said Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, France-based Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) was fined 12.5 billion won ($11.3 million) for the violation.
