The Korea JoongAng Daily will choose 15 top K-pop acts and look back to their golden 2023 and a possible Golden Disc nomination. Up next is Riize, SM Entertainment’s newest boy band and a star rising fast to the top of the skies of K-pop.
"Talk Saxy" will be Riize's third single release, following its prologue single "Memories" which dropped Aug. 21 and "Get A Guitar," which was released on Sept. 4 as the boy band's "official debut" single.
“Get A Guitar” sold 1,016,849 total units in the first week of its release, making it the second-most-sold album by a rookie band on its debut album on the first week of its release.
SM Entertainment’s freshest boy band Riize made a meteoric debut on Monday, stating their goals — humble yet ambitious — with equally nervous and eager voices as the members met with the local press for the first time.
