Pay, conditions causing two-thirds of young Korean professionals to look overseas: BOK

Nearly two-thirds of young professionals in Korea’s science and engineering fields are thinking about moving overseas, the BOK said in a report which warned that seniority-based pay and poor working conditions are pushing skilled workers to leave.
