With multi-billion dollar joint projects with big U.S. automakers agreed, Korea's major battery makers are on high alert in the wake of the United Auto Workers (UAW)'s call for a wage hike.
According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy on Monday, Korea’s export in January grew 11.4 percent to $48 billion.
The government will install 12 hydrogen charging stations before the end of this year and set up another 110 in the first half of next year.
