The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on Thursday rolled out multiple measures to alleviate traffic congestion during the Lunar New Year holiday, also known as Seollal.
The city government said Wednesday that all 66 emergency rooms, including those at general and university hospitals, will be open 24 hours a day as usual.
