The extradition from of failed crypto mogul Do Kwon from Montenegro to Korea has been put on hold by the European country's top court as it reviews the procedures that led to the decision to send him home.
Han Chang-joon, the former chief financial officer of the failed Terraform Labs, arrives at the Incheon International Airport Tuesday afternoon after being extradited from Montenegro.
Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon could be extradited to the United States by March to face charges of fraud.
