A man in his 50s who made a prank call claiming someone had been murdered was handed over to prosecutors without detention, according to police in Asan, South Chungcheong, on Monday.
The 32 year-old woman used a cab-hailing app to request a taxi every 5 to 10 minutes for two hours between 2:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.
