After chaos of U.S. cuts, aid chiefs urge world leaders at UN to step up

United Nations aid chief Tom Fletcher hopes the world body will fight against a "sustained attack" on its values and finances at a gathering of world leaders, and said humanitarians can't afford to wait for the United States to restore funding.
