MOE Eases Exam Requirements for Univ. Degree
The government announced on January 21 that it decided to ease examinations for getting university degrees.The Ministry of Education(MOE) explained that it will ease the qualifications for each step required in the four-step examination process.
MOU also stated that if someone receives more than 60 points in a particular subject of the examination, they will be exempted from taking that subject again at a later date in order to pass the examination.
In the past, those taking the examination must pass three or four subjects in the second and third steps to qualify for the next step of the examination. But the revised rules would require someone passing just two subjects to proceed to the next step of the examination.
