The Korean Association for Survey Research held a press conference to announce a code of conduct for future opinion polls, at the Korea Press Foundation on March 23.
The association was established in 1999 and is an academic society of about two hundred professors.
At the press conference, they announced seven rules to apply to polling, announcing results, and a poller's responsibility.
