Korea-Russia to Hold Defense Meeting
Korea and Russia will hold the third Korea-Russia Defense Policy Meeting in Moscow to discuss plans for military exchanges and cooperation.During the meetings, the Korean delegation will present details of President Kim Dae-jung's 'Sunshine Policy' of engagement with North Korea, as well as the progress of the inter-Korea summit talks planned for June. Russia is expected to express its opinions on the current situation in northeast Asia as well as Russia's military and diplomatic policies.
The Korean representative to the talks will be Cha Young-goo from the Ministry of Defense
