KEUMSAN GALLERY

To Sept. 27: “Princess Pari, Paridegi.”
Lee Sun-won’s unique exhibition is based on the shamanist myth of Princess Pari. The story’s main themes ― prayer, appeasement and “life-water” ― combine forces in the artworks on display, made with natural products like paper, tree bark and sponge gourds.

ART PARK

To Sept. 28: “Little Masters.” The pieces in this exhibition are by 18 artists who were chosen by curators and art critics as “the artists to lead Korean art to the future.” Artworks by senior artists like Baek Nam-jun and Park Seo-bo are exhibited as well.

HO-AM ART HALL

Sept. 23, 25 and 28: “All Beethoven Violin Sonatas.” The violinist Catherine Cho and the pianist Mia Chung will play the entire set of Beethoven sonatas for violin and piano, 10 in all, including the “Kreutzer” sonata on Sept. 25 and Sonata No. 5 (“Spring”) on Sept. 28.
