Hyunju Computer sold to TriGem CEO

Hyunju Computer Co., a midsize personal computer maker, was sold to Kang Ung-cheol, chief executive officer of TriGem InfoComm. Hyunju said yesterday that a 26.34 percent stake previously held by Kim Dae-seong, chief executive officer and the biggest shareholder of Hyunju, was transferred to Mr. Kang for 4 billion won ($3.4 million). Hyunju received 2 billion won already and will obtain the rest after the shareholders’ meeting on Feb. 25.
