[VIDEO NEWS] Day care centers coerced into giving donations for illegal political funds
2) On the morning of Nov. 13, police looked into accusations that Korea Edu-care Association had provided illegal political funds to Assembly members.
3) The chairman of Korea Edu-care Association, Mr. Kim, has been accused of collecting 47 million won ($41,420) in false donations from day care center directors and bribing politicians with some of that money.
4) The police was able to obtain a statement that says there was force involved in the process of collecting the money. The police have searched the organization’s financial account to trace how the money was handled.
5) Mr. Kim was accused of embezzlement, fraud and breach of trust this past May, but he was cleared of charges then.
