3) In many parts of the nation, the air quality has merited a “very unhealthy” rating based on the National Institute of Environmental Research's (NIER) index.
4) When a high fine-dust particle warning is issued, everyone, healthy or sick, should refrain from remaining outdoors for too long.
5) NIER announced that, “during the day, the air flow will carry a high concentration of fine-dust particles south, reducing their concentration in central areas.”
