The Westin Chosun SeoulThrough Aug. 31: Lounge & Bar at The Westin Chosun Seoul is providing a special summertime treat of shaved ice with fruit and parfaits to keep you cool in the summer.
For the best summer desserts, Lounge & Bar carefully selects seasonal fruits, such as watermelon and green grapes, harvested for their peak of flavor and texture. The shaved ice with watermelon is served in a watermelon bowl, topped with watermelon juice ice cubes and seed-shaped chocolate.
Lounge & Bar uses watermelons grown between the Nakdong River and Mount Gaya in North Gyeongsang.
Lounge & Bar also provides shaved ice with green grapes. To make the dessert, Lounge & Bar makes green grape juice, freezes the juice for three days and then shaves the cubes to make light and fluffy ice.
