: Il Ponte, Millennium Hilton Seoul’s Italian trattoria, and Taipan, its Chinese restaurant, will host special promotions featuring oysters - the jewels of the sea.

Available in a five-course meal at Il Ponte and seven-course meal at Taipan, this special event is a wonderful way to enjoy delectable shellfish when they are at their freshest and most plump. The meal is priced at 120,000 won ($103) at Il Ponte and at 145,000 won per person at Taipan.

JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul

: Tavolo 24, the all-day dining restaurant at the hotel’s second floor, has started the “Dongdaemun Lunch Club” at which diners can enjoy a variety of Korean foods. The lunch club promotion offers dishes that have been popular at the restaurant, including menu items that were previously only served during dinner and at weekend brunch.

Some of the items include mussel nurungji soup, a hot soup with mussels and crispy rice, braised oxtail made with garlic sauce, and gejang, soy-sauce-marinated raw crab, as well as other Asian dishes and desserts.

It is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is 78,000 won per person on weekdays. That includes the tax and service charge.

: The Living Room bar at Park Hyatt Busan, showcasing romantic views of Gwangan Bridge, will be holding a “Bubbly Night” promotion featuring snack platters and premium Champagne, with a special discount of up to 40 percent.

The premium Champagnes featured in the Living Room bar’s “Bubbly Night” promotion comprises of Domaine Chandon Brut, an exceedingly bubbly Champagne with a crisp, refreshing taste that appeals to many guests; Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut, a signature Champagne from Moet & Chandon featuring a subtle blend of fresh fruit and savory nuts with a hint of flowers; Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, a well-rounded blend of ripe grapefruit and berries; and Dom Perignon Brut, featuring notes of fresh grapefruit and almonds, with a deep, soft flavor. Guests can select a bottle of Champagne to suit their taste and pair it with a snack platter of cocktail prawns, fried crab claws, mozzarella sticks, prosciutto and fresh strawberries. Guests can also opt to enjoy a bottle of Champagne only at a discount.

The “Bubbly Night” promotion starts at 59,000 won including tax and is ideal for both romantic dates with lovers and meetings with acquaintances. The Living Room bar is open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. from Sunday through Thursday and from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

“Strawberry Afternoon Tea” is available at 76,000 won for two including tax and service charges every afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

: Sky Lounge, located on the 30th floor of InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, presents “Strawberry Afternoon Tea.” Diners can enjoy seasonal strawberries to the fullest in a classy and relaxing atmosphere.

With window seats that provide a view over the Han River, “Strawberry Afternoon Tea” includes pasta prepared by an Italian chef, which presents the distinctive charm of a high-class strawberry buffet. Priced at 76,000 won for two, it features a more satisfying quality than other strawberry dessert buffets and is accompanied by a drink from among six types of coffee options made with Illy coffee beans, including americano, cappuccino and cafe mocha, or six premium Tavalon Tea varieties blended by tea sommeliers, including chamomile, earl grey and rooibos.
