From Sept. 1 to Oct. 31: Since autumn has already started creeping in, the Park Hyatt Busan’s Lumi Spa will present a “Detox Package” as a solution for skin damaged by the heat and the sun.
In accordance with some of the latest lifestyle trends like sohwakhaeng (small but definite happiness) and work-life balance, the “Detox Package” offers the best spa treatment to get back in shape for a busy daily life after summer vacation.
The package provides a full body program which includes a 50-minute body massage with a foot bath, and a 40-minute facial treatment.
To begin, a foot bath using mineral salts and heublumen oil stimulates blood circulation and maximizes the effects of the body massage.
Revitalizing body oils are used for the body massage, releasing toxins and eliminating waste from the body.
Guests can select from one of two options, depending on their body condition: the “Organic Aromatic,” a Swedish-style massage that helps to relax muscles and stimulate the lymphatic system, or the “Rebalance,” a deep-tissue massage that balances the body and helps to ease muscular and joint pain. The facial treatment starts with oil-control cleanser and neroli water toner to control oil and clean up the skin.
A deep cleansing using an exfoliating mask is added to remove dead skin cells and sebum. Berry plus serum treatment, lavender essential facial oil massage, and mineral mask follow to purify the skin by soothing, moisturizing and providing botanical active ingredients. It ends with liposome eye cream, extreme comfort cream and sun protection.
The “Detox Package” is available from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with advance reservations. It is priced at 209,000 won ($188) including tax, on Monday through Thursday and at 242,000 won on Friday through Sunday.

From Sept. 1 to Nov. 25: Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s Lobby Lounge.Bar, located on the 41st floor, presents an all-you-can-eat dessert buffet called “Sweet Autumn Delight” starting on Sept. 1st.
The famous unlimited dessert buffet returns just in time for autumn. The colors, tastes and scents of fall are all combined in the beautifully-designed desserts.
Guests can enjoy a combination of 14 different kinds of mini desserts including Earl Grey mango cake, hazelnut gateau, chocolate trifle, lavender blueberry and yogurt cake and four kinds of whole cake; gateau de velour rouge (red velvet cake), maroon mandarin cake, pecan nut tart, foret noire gateau, along with a selection of delicious and fulfilling snacks including Japanese cured salmon, flammkuchen, tteokbokki and also seasonal fruits.
Unlimited coffee and tea are provided for you to enjoy along with the dessert selection and a choice of sangria or pumpkin juice is also available for an additional 5,000 won ($4.50) per person. “Sweet Autumn Delight” is available from Sept. 1 until Nov. 25, 2018 at the Lobby Lounge.Bar during weekends and public holidays. It costs 33,000 won per adult and 16,500 won per child.
