Naver’s Clova AI learns a thing or two about Jin Air
Jin Air, the budget airline arm under Korean Air, has started offering departure and arrival information through smart speakers that operate on Naver’s artificial intelligence system dubbed Clova, the airline said Tuesday.Clova-powered AI speakers can answer various questions regarding Jin Air operations including baggage guidelines and information related to check-ins. The airline said it will continue collaborating with Naver to enable smart speakers to give answers to various customer inquiries on its own.
