Ministry of Information and Communication Founds Net Scout in June
The Ministry of Information and Communication will inaugurate a teenage information technology club for children called 'Net Scouts'. Net Scouts will be composed of 4,000 elementary, middle and high school students selected from local branches of the Korea Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. The selected students will participate in a campaign to promote the use of software and receive education and training in the use of the Internet.
