테스트

“Discoveries,” by the Japanese fusion jazz group T-Square, contains a blend of instrumentals and softer, acoustic jazz.

Like similar Japanese bands, it has the jazz rhythms and mood but the blend of different sounds produced from a range of instruments including electric and acoustic guitars, saxophone, drums and synthesizers creates an atmosphere totally different from classic jazz or even modern American jazz.

Many of the songs are reminiscent of instrumental music or new age music.

T-Square is one of the two pillars in Japanese fusion jazz, along with Cassiopeia, since it was formed in 1978. This is the group’s 35th album. The group consists of guitarist Masahiro Andoh, alto saxophonist Takeshi Ito, pianist Keizoh Kawano and drummer and bassist Satoshi Bandoh.

“Undo” by Bandoh has a great harmony of electric piano, guitar and saxophone. “Crazy Beach” by Ito and Kawano is a mixture of jazz and Latin bits that creates light-hearted sound. By Limb Jae-un
