Upon closing Unesco’s quadrennial conference on arts education yesterday, participants tour Changdeok Palace in Seoul. About 2,000 culture and arts ministers, as well as experts and activists from 129 member countries adopted an agenda that calls for cooperation, while offering guidelines on the field. The second such Unesco conference, held in Seoul for four days, drew twice as many participants as the inaugural event in Portugal in 2006. [YONHAP]
