SIWA - DIPLOMATIC COMMUNITY BAZAAR

Tuesday: The Seoul International Women’s Association is holding its Diplomatic Community Bazaar on Nov. 30.

More than 50 embassies, women’s clubs, welfare organizations, vendors, local and international sponsors, and countless volunteers will participate in the bazaar, selling unique products, food and cultural goods from all over the world.

The bazaar features cultural performances, an international food court, a silent auction and a drawing.

The venue is the Grand Hilton Seoul Conference Center, and the event takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those who wish to attend can contact Caroline Rempel at crempel28@hotmail.com. For more information visit www.siwapage.com.

Tickets cost 10,000 won ($8.65) at the door or 8,000 won for SIWA members. Go to Hongje Station, line No. 3, exit 1.


AMCHAM - HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

Friday: The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea is holding the Holiday Open House on Dec. 3.

The event will be especially fun for kids, as they can get their photos taken with Santa, decorate cookies and make Christmas cards.

Send a registration form to the AMCHAM Office via fax at (02) 6201-2233 or e-mail amchamrsvp@amchamkorea.org by noon on Dec. 2.

Admission is 40,000 won or a toy for the Toys for Tots program. The fun takes place at the Renaissance Seoul Hotel’s Club Horizon (on the 23rd floor) from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Go to Yeoksam Station, line No. 2, exit 8.

LUXEMBOURG BOARD OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SEOUL - LUXEMBOURG LOGISTICS BRIEFING & LOVE LUXEMBOURG YEAR-END EVENT

Dec. 7 (Registration until tomorrow):

The Luxembourg Board of Economic Development Seoul is hosting a “Luxembourg Logistics Briefing Session” and “Love Luxembourg year-end event” on Tuesday Dec. 7.

The annual event will serve as a social venue not only for members of the Luxembourg Business Club but also entrepreneurs with an interest in doing business with Luxembourg.

The briefing session will look at Luxembourg as a hub of the European market, providing information on topics such as tax benefits.

The later part of the evening’s event is a banquet.

The event will be held at Grace Hall in the EL Tower on the 6th Floor. Go to Yangjae Station, line No. 3, exit 7.
