President Lee’s emphasis on dialogue with North Korea/ 이 대통령이 북한과의 대화를 강조한 것은/ seems to have stemmed from an urgent need to prepare for any dramatic shift in tides in North east Asia./ 동북아시아에서 발생할 지도 모르는 중대한 정세변화에 대처하기위한 필요성에서 나온 것으로 보인다./ As host of the Nuclear Security Summit in 2012,/ 게다가 2012년 핵 안보 정상회담의 주최국으로서/ Seoul needs to make some improvements on the North Korean nuclear issue./ 정부는 북핵문제에 대한 어느 정도의 진전을 보일 필요가 있을 것이다.
