Adults with little formal education attend an entrance ceremony yesterday at Myeonmok Elementary School in Myeonmok-dong, Seoul. The program, which is being run in 15 schools and 16 education centers in Seoul, can award elementary school diplomas in as little as one year. [NEWSIS]
