Environmental activists stage a rally yesterday on the coast across from the Gori-1 nuclear power plant in Gijang County, Busan, to urge the government to permanently shut down the reactor, which has been under a full-fledged inspection since it was temporarily shut down because of an electrical malfunction on April 13.
