장학금
광학보(廣學寶)는 고려 시대 장학재단이다. 정종이 불법(佛法)을 장려하기 위해 설립했다. 무상(無償)은 아니다. 미곡 15두(斗)에 연 이자가 5두다. 연리 33%로, 사실상 고리대금업이다. 가난한 학생이 무슨 돈이 있으랴. 결국 집단으로 신용불량자가 되고, ‘배째라’ 식의 모라토리엄을 선언한다. 이에 ‘모자정식법(母子偵息法)’을 만든다. 이자가 원금을 넘지 못하게 한 것이다.내가 한 영작
