한 단계씩 따라하다 보면 문장이 저절로 외워진답니다

“우선 첫 문장의 뼈대부터 살펴보겠습니다. 문장의 뼈대가 되는 주성분들로 주어 자리에 Children, 서술어 자리에 gaze가 왔습니다. 우선 문장의 뼈대를 내용을 생각하면서 말해 보도록 하세요.
‘Children(아이들이)….gaze(들여다 보고 있다)….’
수식어 부분도 살펴 보도록 하겠습니다. 아이들이 (at humphead wrasse) ‘humphead wrasse”를 들여다 보고 있는데 이 물고기는 (otherwise) ‘다른 식으로는’ (known) (as a Napoleonfish) ‘나폴레옹피쉬로도 알려진’ 물고기입니다. 장소는 (at the Busan Aquarium) ‘부산 아쿠아리움에서’이고 이 아쿠아리움은 (in Haeundae) ‘해운대에 있는’ 곳이고 해운대는 (Busan) ‘부산’에 있습니다. 이제 문장의 뼈대에 수식어 부분까지 합쳐서 문장 전체를 말해 보세요. 글을 보지 말고 큰 소리로 말해보면 효과가 더욱 좋습니다.”
“두 번째 문장은 ‘부산 아쿠아리움이 못생긴 물고기 특별전을 열고 있는데 거기에는 우스꽝스러운 모습을 하고 나폴레옹 모자를 닮은 큰 돌출 이마가 있는 나폴레옹피쉬도 포함되어 있다’는 내용입니다. 두 번째 문장도 말하여 본 후에 첫 문장과 이어서 다시 한번에 말해 보도록 하세요.”

The aquarium is holding a special exhibition (of “ugly” fish) {that includes the Napoleonfish, (with its comical look and big forehead protrusion) {resembling Napoleon’s hat}}.
