Children yesterday ice-skate at an outdoor rink in front of Seoul City Hall. The ice rink, which opened its doors on Friday, will operate until Feb. 12. Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.seoulskate.or.kr. The admission fee is 1,000 won ($0.86) per hour. [YONHAP]
